Are you feeling a mix of emotions as you plan your wedding? You don't have to do it alone! At GC Events, we understand the challenges you may be facing and we're here to help you solve them. Our expert planning process is designed to be stress-free and enjoyable, so you can focus on what really matters: your love story.

As your personal "Wedding BFF," I'll be with you every step of the way, offering suggestions and recommendations, and answering any questions you may have. You can count on me to guide you through the planning process, but at the end of the day, this is YOUR day and you have the freedom to make it exactly how you want it to be.

We'll start with a private consultation to get to know you and your vision for the perfect day. Then, we'll work together to create a timeline and coordinate with vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the big day, we'll oversee the setup, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everything is on schedule. You can relax and enjoy your day, knowing that we have everything under control.

After the wedding, we'll make sure all of your belongings are packed up and safely returned to you. We want you to cherish every moment of this unforgettable experience, so leave the details to us.

Best decision I've made for my wedding weekend

Giselle, from GC Events, were a joy to work with. Our wedding for my husband’s side of the family was a destination wedding, since he’s from Miami, FL and it was held at Palmas del Mar Yacht Club in Humacao, PR (2011). Giselle and their crew were there the whole weekend making sure everything was perfect; from the welcome cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding. I was able to relax and celebrate with my bridesmaids and family on my wedding day because I was confident they had everything under control. There are simply too many details involved in a wedding not to have a Wedding Planner. When I walked into the venue and ceremony space I wanted to cry, it was so perfect.
